Coming Out of Retirement 🏋️♂️🛞
Several years ago I drank the Crossfit Kool-aid. I trained five days a week, ate a regimented diet, and consistently competed in the Crossfit Open. Now, in my early 40s, I find myself living in a new place every week, without consistent routines, yet still committed to a healthy lifestyle. And I’ve learned an incredibly valuable lesson.
Our Spirit Guide ✨
It’s been two years since my mom has passed, and I still can’t believe she’s gone.
Since you’re gone 😕
It’s been a year since my mother passed. And while life goes on, it doesn’t get any easier.
Happy Birthday, Brother 🧔🏻♂️
You know those superheroes people admire? Iron Man. Spiderman. Thor. Those are just make believe. It’s time to meet my brother, Keith.
Hangin’ with the Boys 👨👦👦
Ever since mom passed away, life has been pretty tough for all of us. Each of us struggle with her loss in different ways, and some days are harder than others. But at least we’ve had each other. Let’s meet the Wall boys, shall we?
Look Mom! I’m on TV 🥲
Yesterday, I got to serve as the social media legal expert on the Dr. Phil show. Doing these appearances is fun, but there was someone who loved them more than anyone: my mother.
Oh, the places you’ll go
It’s been a month since my mom passed. Over two months since she got sick. And nearly three months since I returned home.
A love without end
My beautiful mother passed away this week after a long battle with covid and pneumonia. Needless to say, we are devastated. But for now, I just want to talk about my mom.
End of an era ✌️
For the last six years, I was elected to serve on the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar. And now that time has come to an end.
Happy Birthday, Mom 🐼
Let’s face it: as far as mom’s go, there’s no one better than you. You’re caring, creative, and compassionate - and taught me to always tell the truth, always make your guests feel welcome, and always do your best ✨
Say hello to my mom 👋
She’s incredibly caring, creative, and loves holiday traditions. for as long as i can remember she would open up our home to friends and family who didn’t have anywhere to go for the holidays. she makes everyone feel welcome, cooks way too much food, and then complains when we don’t eat it all 🙄
Ending the Stigma
I don’t talk about work too much on here, but there’s something I’ve been working on that I’m incredibly proud of: my mission to help end the stigma over mental illness in the legal profession. ⠀
