Here’s a story I’ve never shared before: Back in 2014, I was living a traditional life and working for a truly wonderful law firm. Professionally, everything was going incredibly well. But something inside me said I wanted something different out of life.

Last month, I hiked the largest glacier in South America. Standing over 240 feet tall and nearly 100 miles long, Perito Moreno is the largest ice field in the world accessible by land and one of the few glaciers that’s still growing.

Ever wondered the mystery behind those giant stone head statues? Me too. So, I embarked on a journey to the middle of nowhere to explore Easter Island.

This story is about penguins in the month of March. Get it? 🙃 A few weeks ago, I journeyed to the “End of the World” to a tiny town called Ushuaia located on the southernmost tip of South America.

It’s been about six weeks since I arrived in Bend, largely by accident, and decided to stay a while. Let’s talk about what makes this place so special:

Back in the day, nearly everyone in my generation played The Oregon Trail. It was simple computer game designed to teach school children about the life of a 19th century pioneer by navigating your pixelated covered wagons through the virtual wilderness.

My mother was an incredibly caring soul. She loved to craft, host for the holidays, and give back to her community. She was always willing to lend a helping hand. And her doors were always open to friends in need.

It’s always been a dream of mine to live in Amsterdam. I visited several years prior to starting my nomadic lifestyle and quickly fell in love with its energy. I couldn’t get enough of its artistic vibe, elaborate canal system, and its cycling-centric culture. I just knew one day I’d live here, and I’m so happy to make this dream a reality.

After living in Dublin for the last month, it was time to hit the road and explore the Irish countryside.

It has always been a dream of mine to live in Ireland 🍀 In fact, when I decided to travel the world a few years ago, Ireland was up at the top of my list. So as soon as travel restrictions were lifted, I booked a one way ticket to the Emerald Isle 🎟

As I pack my belongings after nearly six weeks in Switzerland, I took a moment to reflect upon my time in the Swiss Alps.

I settled into Switzerland last week and I couldn’t be more excited to be here 🙌

After three months grieving the loss of my mother with my family, it was time to get back to doing what I love most - exploring the world.

We all have to deal with situations sometimes that are out of our control and bring us down.

We’ve all dreamed of living in far off places. As for me, I just wanted to eat lobster from a shack in the harbor of some small coastal town while watching sailboats float out in a harbor 😅

Two years ago today i was sitting in my bedroom, staring up a chalk board on my wall of all the things i wanted out of life, and realized it was time to travel the world. So many things went through my mind: how would i do this? what would i need? and where would i go? And the last question really excited me.

After a month in Asheville, I was ready to roll down to the Big Easy and spend a couple weeks in New Orleans 🙌

A few months ago I found myself at a crossroads. I just completed a year traveling around the US followed by a three month trek across Mexico and planned to hop on a plane overseas somewhere to continue my adventure abroad. But the universe had other plans.

When I set off to travel the world, I made it a point to give back in every place I lived. I started off donating used bicycles, advocating for mental health, and taking care of stray cats. But somewhere along the way I lost sight of that mission 😞


On my last day in Savannah, I made it a point to visit the historical Bonaventure cemetery. Amidst its vast and ornate grounds lie historical figures, musicians, and everyday people alike.
Their final resting places adorned with flowers, crosses, and epitaphs honoring their lives and memories in a few short words.
